- Coordinating BA’s to point, pull and progress on stories as part of sprint activities.
- Defining and creating Enterprise Class Structure, Data Types, Data Models and Data Transform Rules.
- Defining and implementing business rules form the business that define the verbiage to explain the plan and benefits to the end customer.
- Conducted Design reviews with onshore and offshore employees.
- Participated in Requirement gathering with client, Estimation, Design Review and code review
- Performing BAU activities to track the system time to time to flag inconsistency across the system.
- Analyzing inputs from the customer to fix the production defects.
- Implemented Pega REST Services, Connectors and used SOAP ui for Testing
- Involved in designing UI screens, Activities, Decision logic, Creating various Reports and other PRPC rules
- Designed new Correspondence and Reporting features in PRPC
- Involved in Architecture discussions with SME’s to finalise key design decisions.
- Coordinating with External Interface teams to build various Pega REST Services/ Connectors
- Good at reconfiguring rules like activities, Data Transform, Decision table for fixing the defects
- End to end Integration testing of the application.
- Developing the campaign rules and screen flows for phone process under Next-best action in CPM framework
- Defining access roles and groups.
- Participated in designing application security which involves setting up Access groups, Access roles, Operators, Application, Org Divisions, Org Units and Work groups.
- understanding of Extract (BIX) rules and performed manual extract to meet business requirements.
- fixing the Flow rules, reconfiguring the Flow Action rules to meet the altering requirements of client.
Required Education: This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, related engineering or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the subjects.
